How long does my order take to ship?

First up - read the product description to see if your product is a stock item or pre-sale / made to order. This will give you an indication of how long your order will take to be packed and sent.

In stock items will be packed and sent within 3 business days of order.

Pre-sale and made to order items will vary - please read product description for estimates.

All orders are subject to a shipping, packaging and handling cost, which is provided at checkout. It is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct shipping cost for their order. If the incorrect method is selected there may be a delay in delivery and additional charges payable.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels and postage rates are determined by them.

Once the parcels are handed over we no longer have control over their whereabouts. Please direct all tracking enquiries directly to Australia Post with the tracking number you are provided.

Do you ship internationally?

We can arrange to ship orders outside of Australia, but please contact us first for a shipping quote and conditions for your location.

If you are ordering from New Zealand there is a shipping option available for you on the website.

Any international orders placed with the incorrect shipping option may be cancelled or the additional shipping invoiced before your order is processed and sent.

Please note we have had orders shipped internationally lost in transit previously. If your order should go missing we will happily send a replacement product, but we do not accept liability for the shipping costs in sending the replacement.

Do you accept returns?

Please head to our T&C’s page for information on returns and refunds.

If your item has been damaged in transit please send photos of both the item and the shipping packaging for us to assess the claim and submit to Australia Post for review.

If you wish to return a printed and dated diary this MUST be done prior to the commencement of the first month of the diary. Due to the time sensitive nature of the product returns will not accepted after the quarter/year has commenced.

Can I order bulk printed products?

Please contact us direct if you would like to order 10+ products or would like to discuss the option of having some customised pages added for your business or team for larger orders.

Do you create custom products?

Indeed we do! If you are keen to create personalised or customised stationery products please get it contact. We are graphic designers and have been in the industry a long time - we can help you create fabulous products of your own.

What am I allowed to do with my digital products?

All digital and downloadable products are purchased and licensed for ONE user only and can not be distributed or shared with any other party, for any reason.

Yes, you can use your products on multiple devices owned and used by you, we would expect nothing less from a true control freak!

Yes, if you purchased a downloadable and printable product you can print that piece of magic as many times as you need to for your own personal use.

All digital and downloadable products are protected under copyright law and any unlawful replication, reproduction or distribution will be referred to our legal team for immediate action. We are a small business and rely on our customer’s honesty and integrity when they purchase from us.

Our download links are tracked links, and some will have limits on how many downloads can be completed before expiry - excessive downloads on a single product will trigger an enquiry into the IP addresses of where and when the product has been downloaded. If you experience any issues with your download link please contact us to rectify it rather than attempting multiple downloads as this may trigger the locking of your download link, and we don’t want that!

How do I use your PDF products?

Our digital and downloadable products are in PDF format, some with clickable links. Please be sure you own a device/tablet with the appropriate apps to allow you to use a PDF product.

We will provide any guidance and advice we can on using our products, but you will ultimately need to learn how to use them effectively on your personal devices.

As an example, we use an Apple iPad with Goodnotes and an Apple Pencil - the dream team. The Goodnotes app is also available on iPhone and it syncs with the iPad documents so you can access anywhere, anytime.

Please note that if your tablet is black and white only, eg. a Remarkable tablet, then our colour designs will only work in black and white on your device.

Where are your products made?

Our products are created and produced in Australia, so there may be references to public holidays, celebrations or other things that are specific to the Aussie life. Please keep that in mind when purchasing and using our products.
